I’ve ordered from them a couple times now, and the delivery showed up on time both times. No chasing anyone down, no random delays, nothing weird. Maybe they’ve just got their delivery process really dialed in, or I got lucky, but that’s all I was hoping for.

I just got my order, and while it showed up on time, the packaging wasn’t the best. The box was a little crushed, and one of the items had wrapping that came loose. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, so I’m not too upset about it, but since this is the most recent order I’ve received, it definitely makes me feel like they could be a bit more careful with packing. Overall it was okay, just not as neat or secure as I expected.

I mostly pay attention to the organic stuff when I shop, and from what I’ve noticed, the selection here is decent. I usually find the basics I’m looking for, so no complaints overall

I ordered from greenwisemarket.com when I was already feeling mentally drained, so I was just hoping it wouldn’t turn into a hassle. Thankfully, everything showed up exactly as I picked it, with nothing missing and no wrong items. Shipping took about the normal amount of time too. Happy overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

I went on greenwisemarket.com looking for cleaner products and figured it would be straightforward, but the ingredient info was harder to understand than I expected.

A few listings didn’t show enough detail, so I felt like I was guessing what was actually in the items. After paying, that made me even more uneasy because I wasn’t sure if I could fully trust what I had just ordered, especially for allergies or ingredients I try to avoid.

The products might be totally fine, but the transparency just isn’t there for me. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the ingredient lists much clearer upfront.

I had my return accepted without any issues, but the refund took almost two weeks to come through. Support did reply when I reached out, so it’s not like you’re being ignored, it just felt a bit slow overall. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother

I’d order again, especially considering the quality, but I do think they should be a little more careful with softer produce.
